Maintenance Inclusive Lease
As an added benefit to using a specialist funder, the cost of maintaining the equipment can be built into the Lease Rentals.
The annual cost of maintenance is added to the Lease Rental over the monthly or quarterly payments, collected by the Lessor
and paid to the supplier as soon as received. This provides added peace of mind to the customer, knowing that there are no
additional costs to be incurred.
The options at the end of the agreement are the same as a Finance Lease, plus the customer can also claim full tax relief
on these amounts.
